The Process

If you would like to return or exchange your mattress under our 101 Night Home Trial policy please contact us at inquiries-wolf@wolfmattress.com with your order number, name and date of purchase.

A member of our Wolf mattress team will reach out and provide information on the next steps. In order to make sure you are completely satisfied we have 3 Options for you to get the best night’s sleep.

Option #1

We can provide a topper to enhance the level of support and comfort. At no charge to you, we will ship you a 2” plush, medium or firm topper that you can place on top of your mattress to better fit your comfort preference.

Option #2

We can suggest another Wolf model that works better for you and exchange your mattress. Prices between mattresses may vary, if you choose to exchange for a higher priced model you are responsible for the difference in purchase price. There are no restocking fees and shipping costs on an exchange are free, however any in-home delivery & service fees are non transferable and non refundable.

You do not have to repackage the original mattress and send it back. In order to ensure the mattress you are exchanging does not end up in the landfill we will work with our donation partners to find a home for the mattress. The mattress must be in a condition suitable to donate, free of stains or damage and the use of a mattress protector is advised.

The process is simple but before coordinating the exchange we do ask for photos, without bed linens, of the surface of the mattress and the law tag to confirm it is in like-new condition before we organize a donation. In addition, we will want to make sure that you have a proper frame and center support. If you are using a slatted foundation, make sure the slats are spaced no more than 5 inches apart and are fully supported in the middle for queen king and Cal king sizes.

We will provide you with the information of an organization that is close to you so that you can drop off the mattress or they will work with you to coordinate the pick up. Please expect that this can take 5-7 days to coordinate. We may not have donation partners in your area yet and sometimes may need your help to find a charity close by. If this is not possible, we will coordinate a pick up from one of our recycling partners instead. Once the donation has been completed and verified we will get your exchange processed within 48-72 hours.

There are no restocking fees and shipping costs on an exchange are free, however any in home delivery & service fees are non refundable.

Option #3

If you are not completely satisfied, we will give you a full refund. You do not have to repackage the mattress and send it back. We work with our donation partners to find a home for our returns instead of them ending in a landfill. The mattress must be in a condition suitable to donate, free

of stains or damage and the use of a mattress protector is advised.

If your mattress is brand new and unopened, no need to unpackage it, just let us know and we will let you know next steps.

If this is not possible, we will coordinate a pick up from one of our recycling partners instead. Once the donation has been completed and verified we will get your refund issued within 72 hours. Funds can only be returned to the original form of payment and any shipping, in home delivery & set up fees are non refundable.

Terms & Conditions

Please note the following terms & conditions regarding our 101 Night Home Trial:

1) Our serviceable area for returns & exchanges and refunds is the United Sates only, including Alaska & Hawaii. Mattresses taken outside of our serviceable area are not eligible unless returned to our service area at owners risk & expense.

2) If you finance your mattress, any refunds will be less applicable financing fees paid to date.

3) Products must be in a condition suitable for donation to be eligible for return or exchange (including but not limited to no stains, tears, soiling, odor). The law tag must be attached and in its original state. We will request photos to confirm that your mattress is in an appropriate condition to be donate. We recommend
using a mattress protector.

4) Our sleep trail is limited to one return per household. Your household is defined by your customer name or shipping address or billing method/account or billing address.

5) Your mattress must be used on a foundation or non-yielding bed frame with proper structural support. For the purpose of our Home Trial, a proper bed frame is defined as having at least 5-6 legs supporting a Queen, King and Cal King and 4 legs supporting a Twin & Full mattress. For Queen, King and Cal King
slatted bed frames, the slats cannot be greater than 5 inches apart and each slat needs to be a minimum of 2 ½ inches wide. A boxspring that contains springs can sag over time and may void the sleep trial & warranty.

6) Mattresses must be rotated head-to-toe once a month for the first 6 months and then every other
month after than to ensure even wear.

7) A compressed mattress must be opened within 30 days of receipt.

8) In home delivery & set up services are non- refundable. If an order is canceled after shipment commences, any associated shipping fees are non refundable.

9) Shipping fees & surcharges to Alaska & Hawaii are non-refundable.
